What it involves

A full renovation is many small jobs happening at once. Demolition, masonry, plumbing, electrics, tiling, flooring, joinery and painting all have to start in the right order and finish in time for the next trade to begin. When that coordination falls to the client, every delay turns into an argument between firms that have never worked together.

Taking on that coordination is precisely our job. We set out the scope item by item, fix the price before work starts, and put one person in charge who answers for the site until handover.

What it covers

Home renovations
Complete renovation of a flat or house: layout, new building services, bathrooms and kitchen, flooring, internal joinery and painting. All in a single phase, with the home handed over clean.
Residents’ association works
Works approved in a residents’ meeting affecting communal elements. We prepare the quote with the breakdown the managing agent needs to put it to a vote, and plan the work so the building stays usable throughout.
Building refurbishment
Work on the property as a whole, once piecemeal repairs no longer solve the problem: envelope, main services, communal areas and entrances, phased under a single schedule.
Communal area renovation
Entrance halls, staircases, landings and access points. These are the spaces people see most and the ones that set the impression of the building; they are planned so residents are never left without a way through.
