What it involves

Renovating the home you live in carries an extra difficulty: it is not only a technical decision, it is a domestic one. Price matters, but so does how many weeks of noise there will be, when the water comes back on and what state the landing is left in.

That is why the first thing we hand over is not building work but a document: scope, materials by brand and grade, schedule and final price. From there, one person reports on progress and the home is handed over clean, with a record of what was done.

What it covers

Bathrooms
Complete renovation: strip-out, new water supply and waste, waterproofing, tiling, sanitaryware, screen and furniture. Including bath-to-shower conversions with whatever accessibility solution is called for.
Kitchens
Services, wall finishes, flooring and installation of units and appliances. We coordinate the survey and fitting of the units with the rest of the work, so there are no weeks of unusable kitchen waiting on a third party.
Whole homes
Full renovation of a flat or house, with a change of layout where needed: new services, flooring, internal joinery, bathrooms, kitchen and painting under one schedule.
Building services
Renewal of plumbing, drainage and electrics, with the corresponding certificate. Ventilation and air conditioning where the project calls for it.
Painting
Substrate preparation, treatment of damp and cracks, filling and finish. Either as a job in its own right or as the final stage of a renovation.
